Flower Paintings

While it is clear she loves art, perhaps a close second is Alexandra Orton’s love of gardening. It hasn’t been easy living in the desert for over twenty years, especially when she resided in Arizona. There she discovered quickly that what the sun didn’t bake the desert animals ate, but her tenacity eventually paid off when she started planting flowers on canvas. They stay in bloom all year long.
